SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER INQUIRIES:

You should typically receive your order within 7 business days of placing it on our company website. We do offer regular & express shipping however the actual arrival date cannot be guaranteed. Please understand that there are a number of factors outside of our control that influence your delivery such as: location, weather, local post office volume as well as time of the year.

U.K/EUROPE/ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders that are shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duty and taxes. In many cases these fees vary so it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local customs office for a detailed list of these charges. In addition, it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay in advance, all duty taxes and other import fees associated with their order.
 

OUR GUARANTEE:

All Luca Chiara products purchased directly from our company website will have a six month manufacturer’s product warrant.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF INTERNET PURCHASES:

We are more than happy to refund or exchange unused merchandise purchased directly from our company website within 30 days from the product’s arrival date. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tickets and hang tags still on the product.

Please note that only on merchandise that is deemed defective the shipping/freight costs to and from our warehouse will be fully refunded. All returns must be approved in advance and a return authorization number issued and written on the outside of all returned boxes. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT A RETURN NUMBER CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE CARTON. To obtain an RA# please email customercare@lucachiara.com.

Please note that all discounted or markdown items are considered FINAL SALE and no refunds/exchanges can be made on these orders.

Warranty claims: We will exchange items that have been purchased only on: www.lucachiara.com within the last 3 months. However if the item is no longer available we will substitute it for one of similar value and/or function, at our discretion. If the item was purchased in the last 30 days at full price, a full refund or exchange can be granted.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR OTHER RETAIL STORE PURCHASES:

Requests for refunds or exchanges of merchandise purchased at a store, not on our company website, must be made directly through the retailer where the item was purchased. These requests will be subjected to the individual retail store’s exchange/return policy. Luca Chiara cannot directly accept these items back as they must go thru the 3rd party retailer. Please be aware that Luca Chiara has no influence, control or impute over 3rd party retailer exchange/refund policies.
